Who are we?

Western District Labour Hire is a locally owned and operated business offering casual/temporary employment solutions to businesses and individuals in the local area.

With extensive local knoweldge,  at the helm is our director Chris Quigley, with Di and Marcia ready to welcome and assist you with your  employment solutions.

 

 

So how does Labour Hire work?

Western District Labour Hire can provide you with casual staff (at short notice if required), to cover short/long term placements within your business.  This may be to cover periods of leave, extended absence of permanent staff or to help manage seasonal peaks.

 

All of our casual employees are interviewed by our Recruitment Officers prior to placement to ensure that they meet with your requirements.

 

As they are employed by Western District Labour Hire as such, we pay all wages, workers compensation, superannuation, payroll tax and other relevant industry allowances payable.

 

Your business is simply charged an all inclusive hourly rate for each hour worked by the employee, which is then invoiced to you monthly.
